Requesting Photography Services
University departments and representatives may submit requests for photography services via the Marcom Request Form. PLEASE NOTE: The submission of a request does not guarantee coverage for your event. If requesting photography services for an event, we ask that your request be submitted no less than two weeks prior to the event.
Requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and accommodations are made based on staff availability. Following its receipt, a representative with the Marketing and Communications department will contact you regarding your request. If we are unable to accommodate your request, photography equipment is available for check-out by faculty and staff members only.
Portrait sessions are available in our studio to faculty, staff, and university organizations by appointment only on Fridays between 8:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. Due to system restrictions, we are unable to provide portraits for personal use (e.g., passports).
Our studio is located in the University Services Center, Rm. 103D. We ask that all parties please check-in at the Marketing and Communications front desk upon arrival for assistance.
