Island University Honors Program Student Improves Quality of Life for Rehab Patients
Rachel Brown, who is studying kinesiology with an emphasis in pre-allied health in the College of Education and Human Development at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and Honors Program student, spent her last semester completing more than 400 internship hours on the rehabilitation floor of Christus Spohn Hospital-Shoreline studying how self-care affects an individual’s psychological and physical state.
