Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi has been elected to join the prestigious nonprofit consortium UCAR, the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, which manages the National Center for Atmospheric Research. The vote took place on Oct. 6 during the annual UCAR members meeting. TAMU-CC’s primary program in UCAR is the Department of Physical and Environmental Sciences, with the Conrad Blucher Institute for Surveying and Science as the secondary program.
