TAMU-CC Researchers Co-Host Artificial Intelligence Retreat, Promote Launch of Pilot AI Educational Program
At the Conrad Blucher Institute for Surveying and Science at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, a team led by Dr. Philippe Tissot and Dr. Scott King has partnered with Del Mar College to launch the first-of-its-kind pilot AI in GIS Occupational Skills Award. The research team co-hosted a retreat on the use of artificial intelligence in environmental science in mid-July as a kick-off event leading up to the launch of the new class offering this fall.
